Will other pros get the same request?
Only if the homeowner asks for it. One pro is the default. A homeowner can choose to compare quotes from up to 3 pros, picking each one by name, and every pro on that request sees "Comparing quotes" and how many pros are quoting, never who. We never add pros on our own, and we never sell or pass on a request. Requests are free, so a compared request costs you nothing.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Adding or claiming your business, receiving requests and every network tool are free for licensed Broward pros. Optional add-ons from Digital Footprint Solutions, like your own website, are separate and never affect ranking.
What is the 15-minute standard?
Pros on the network commit to replying to a new request within 15 minutes during business hours. We time every first reply from the moment the request reaches you, and faster replies raise your score. The automatic instant reply doesn't count, only your own reply does.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. Ranking comes from your license record, response speed, following contact rules and verified reviews.
What are the contact rules?
Contact homeowners only the way and time they chose, only about their project, and stop when they pause. Breaking them lowers your score and can lead to removal.
